We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. I always call it the "stroller brigade" when I see a wall of strollers. I'm glad they've built a stroller parking area over past small world now; it helps a bit.

My theory is they are an alien race sent to take over the earth, they breed asexual and there full grown form is the wheel chair (not all make it to adulthood explaining the number differences). - I cite the insanity of said theory to working in fantasyland during the hottest, most crowded time the year. It does strange things to your mind.
My mom is in a chair sometimes. So if the wheelchairs are the grown up versions, I can state unequivocally that they hate the young ones. They are brash and will run into you, then give you a dirty look for getting in 'their' way. Evil stroller aliens kids.

Oh yes. Young strollers must always fear dead by adult wheelchairs. I believe they're trying to weed out the weak ones.
